By downloading, installing, or using Homie (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms are effective as of 12 May 2026 and apply to all users of the App.
Homie is a household management application that allows users to organise shared expenses, chores, shopping lists, and calendar events with members of their household. The App is provided by Akinjolagbe Samuel Folabi ("we", "us", or "our").
You must create an account to use Homie. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the App are the property of Akinjolagbe Samuel Folabi or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App (such as expense notes or photos). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Homie offers a free tier and a paid Premium tier. Premium features are only accessible to users with an active Premium subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) policies.
We reserve the right to change Premium pricing with reasonable notice.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Akinjolagbe Samuel Folabi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the App or other users.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
